Pay Range: $52.97 — $52.97 per hour

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Essential Functions: Develops, implements, and evaluates evidenced-based activities in the Learning/Simulation Lab in coordination with course faculty. Participate in simulation activities as primary instructor or as technical support to faculty members. Demonstrates nursing skills and techniques to students. Use information technologies skillfully to support the teaching-learning process, including the use of high-fidelity human simulators. Utilizes critical thinking skills to effectively communicate information, observations and/or activities to appropriate individuals. Recommends additions and deletions to the library. Provides individual and small group tutoring in the Lab. Provides ongoing feedback to students related to their strengths and weaknesses in performance of skills. Demonstrates professionalism and sensitivity when interacting with students/peers. Serves as a role model for professional nursing and adheres to the Faculty Code of Conduct.

Schedule:

Per Diem Day Shift / No Sundays Spring Semester 2026

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• An MA or MS in Nursing is required; a Doctorate preferred.
• NJ RN License is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of patient care experience is required.
• One (1) year of previous simulation experience is preferred.
• Certificate in Simulation preferred.
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) or Certified Nurse Educator Clinical (CNE cl) is preferred.
