• Care team model with diverse cases: General Surgery, Vascular, Orthopedic, Thoracic, OB/GYN, Endoscopy, Neurosurgery (no hearts or transplants)

• Coverage across 5 anesthesia sites:

  • BMC Operating Room (7–10 rooms)

  • BMC Ambulatory Surgery (4–6 rooms)

  • Endoscopy Suite (4–6 rooms)

  • Fairview Hospital (1–3 rooms)

  • North Adams Hospital (1–2 rooms)

• $50,000 sign-on bonus plus $50,000 student loan reimbursement

  • OR choose $100,000 student loan reimbursement

• Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours
