Program Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Augusta, Georgia
Reports To: Emily Toburen
Position Summary
The Program Coordinator supports daily program operations by coordinating administrative tasks, tracking participant cohorts, and maintaining communication with team members working in schools. This role is responsible for monitoring participant hours, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring consistent communication across program staff and school partners. The Program Coordinator plays a key role in keeping program operations organized and ensuring program requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Support daily administrative and operational activities for program services.
- Assist with scheduling, organization, and coordination of program activities.
- Maintain participant records and assist with enrollment and onboarding.
Cohort Tracking & Data Management
- Track and maintain accurate records of program cohorts, including enrollment, attendance, and participation.
- Monitor and record participant hours to ensure program requirements are met.
- Maintain organized databases and spreadsheets related to cohort progress and participation.
- Generate reports related to attendance, participation, and completed hours when needed.
Communication & School Coordination
- Communicate regularly with team members working in schools regarding schedules, updates, and program requirements.
- Send reminders and updates to staff regarding documentation, hours tracking, and program deadlines.
- Support coordination between program staff, school partners, and leadership.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized program documentation and files.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing program materials.
- Manage email communication and respond to general inquiries.
- Support general office coordination tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, program coordination, or office management.
- Experience tracking attendance, hours, or program data preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
