The Stock Crew / Person-In-Charge (PIC) is responsible for supporting daily store operations through product stocking, merchandising, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. In addition, this role provides shift-level leadership by supporting store personnel, ensuring company policies are followed, and assisting with operational and customer service needs during assigned shifts.

This position serves as both a hands-on operational role and a shift support leader when designated. The Stock Crew / PIC reports to the Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or designated supervisor and assists in maintaining efficient store operations and excellent customer service standards.

Product Receiving & Stocking

• Unload deliveries and freight shipments.
• Stock shelves according to planograms and shelf alignments.
• Price products according to company guidelines when necessary.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and proper product movement.

Merchandising & Display Maintenance

• Build and maintain product displays to support sales initiatives.
• Ensure shelves are faced, organized, and visually appealing.
• Coordinate with leadership on placement of new or discontinued items.

Backroom & Inventory Organization

• Organize and maintain backroom inventory areas.
• Remove and properly handle damaged or unsellable products.
• Support inventory control through organized storage practices.

Store Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, shelves, and work areas.
• Clean and maintain store equipment as applicable.

Shift Supervision & Operational Support

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service on the sales floor.
• Assist with cashiering, bagging, carry-outs, and price checks as needed.
• Respond to customer questions and assist in locating products.

Must be at-least 18 years of age or older
