This role offers the opportunity to design and implement enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid solutions, with a particular focus on AWS and Nutanix on AWS (NC2). You will lead complex migration projects, integrate security and observability practices, and ensure scalable, resilient, and compliant architectures. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic advisory responsibilities, allowing you to influence both solution delivery and organizational cloud strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, standardize practices, and implement automation and CI/CD pipelines. The role also emphasizes mentoring engineers, promoting best practices, and contributing to operational excellence. Success in this role directly impacts business transformation and operational efficiency at scale.

• Architect enterprise-grade cloud and hybrid solutions, defining landing zones, reference architectures, and standards aligned with business and compliance needs
• Lead on-premises to cloud migration projects, including hybrid and phased approaches, ensuring minimal risk and downtime
• Implement Nutanix on AWS (NC2) solutions and optimize workloads across on-prem, AWS, and hybrid environments
• Design and integrate automation, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
• Establish security, identity, and access management strategies, including IAM, CyberArk, and CrowdStrike integration
• Design observability, logging, and monitoring systems using Splunk and AWS-native services, supporting operational and SRE teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, contributing to architectural roadmaps, best practices, and scalable solution delivery

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or solution architecture
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, Transit Gateway, and Direct Connect
• Proven experience with Nutanix on AWS (NC2) and hybrid enterprise architectures
• Strong background in cloud migration, automation, and CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Solid understanding of IAM, enterprise security tooling, and compliance controls
• Experience integrating tools such as Splunk, CyberArk, and CrowdStrike
• Ability to work collaboratively across infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams
• Preferred: AWS Solutions Architect certification, Nutanix certifications, consulting or managed services experience, experience in regulated environments, Windows and Linux administration knowledge

• Competitive base salary ($151,000 – $204,000 USD) with potential for annual bonus and equity grants
