In this role, you will drive business growth and client success by managing existing relationships and pursuing new opportunities across multiple markets. You will operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building are critical. Your work will involve both direct and indirect sales channels, guiding clients through complex solutions, providing tailored recommendations, and negotiating agreements. This position combines customer-facing engagement with analytical insight, giving you the ability to influence outcomes and deliver measurable business impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, represent the customer’s voice, and identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining accountability for territory growth.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities in direct and indirect sales channels
- Prospect, engage, and build connections with potential clients through outreach, cold calling, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Deliver compelling presentations and written proposals, recommending solutions that meet client needs and business objectives
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements at both annual and individual levels to drive revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, expanding current partnerships and increasing account value
- Monitor sales pipeline, develop forecasts, and track performance against targets to ensure achievement of business goals
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, particularly selling complex, non-tangible solutions to executive-level clients
- Experience operating in both direct and indirect sales models, with a strong ability to develop new business and expand existing accounts
- Demonstrated comfort in a “hunter” sales environment, generating at least 50% of new business through proactive outreach
- Knowledge of credit, fraud, and risk management services; familiarity with financial services or related industries preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and align with corporate financial priorities and revenue/profit expectations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagement
