Field Marketing Team Lead — Re-Bath

Re-Bath is one of the fastest-growing bathroom remodeling companies in the country, and we’re looking for a Field Marketing Team Lead to take our outside lead generation program to the next level across the Pacific Northwest.

This isn’t a desk job. It’s a hybrid leadership and field role. Tuesday through Thursday, you’ll manage, coach, and coordinate our lead generation team—assigning stores, running meetings, analyzing performance, and making sure every event is set up for success. On Fridays and Saturdays, you’ll be in the field yourself, generating leads at retail locations and events, leading by example and staying connected to the work your team does every day.

What You Will Do

Lead & Build the Team (Tuesday–Thursday)

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of lead generation specialists.

• Assign stores and events across the territory to ensure full coverage.

• Coach your team with regular feedback driven by performance metrics.

• Plan, organize, and oversee all field marketing events from setup to execution.

• Manage event and national account marketing within budget.

• Build strong relationships with national account partners and vendors.

• Troubleshoot problems in real time and keep operations running smoothly.

• Collaborate with the VP of Sales on strategy, promotional materials, and new lead generation opportunities.

Generate Leads in the Field (Fridays & Saturdays)

• Set up and run booth/table/display at retail locations and events.

• Engage customers and generate quality leads that convert to in-home design appointments.

• Train Home Improvement Store Associates on our National Account partnerships, including Product Knowledge (PK) sessions and Specialty Spotlights.

• Model the standard of excellence you expect from your team.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of experience in lead generation, event marketing, or in-store promotions.

• 1+ years of experience leading, training, or mentoring a team.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

• Strong organizational skills—you can manage a busy schedule across multiple locations without dropping the ball.

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

• Ability to build rapport with store managers, associates, and customers.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• High school diploma.

Preferred

• 5+ years of experience managing events and/or in-store promotion teams.

• Home improvement industry experience.

• College degree.

Schedule

This is a full-time role with a nontraditional schedule. Your working days are Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off. Fridays and Saturdays are field days at retail locations and events.
