This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving partner and distributor marketing initiatives to expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth. You will serve as the primary liaison between partner marketing, sales, and strategic distribution partners, creating joint marketing plans and executing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. This position requires designing high-impact partner events, managing marketing development funds (MDF), and ensuring distributor enablement programs are fully aligned with business objectives. You will work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate partner engagement and deliver measurable results. Your efforts will directly influence the adoption and success of cybersecurity solutions across MSP and VAR networks.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for top-tier distribution partners, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and partner programs
- Develop and execute joint marketing plans, including multi-touch digital campaigns and "Campaigns-in-a-Box" for MSPs and VARs
- Manage the full lifecycle of Distribution MDF, from proposal and budget approval to execution and ROI reporting
- Lead and coordinate partner-facing events, including distribution roadshows, national conferences, virtual summits, and high-engagement in-person experiences
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to equip partners with the latest messaging, sales tools, and enablement resources
- Monitor partner health and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for marketing intervention and reactivation
- Align partner incentives and programs, including Microsoft CO-OP and CSP rebate usage, with marketing initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in Distribution/Channel Marketing within SaaS and/or cybersecurity industries
- Deep understanding of the MSP/Reseller distribution model, MDF programs, and partner engagement strategies
- Proven track record managing $1M+ in MDF budgets with focus on execution, compliance, and ROI
- Experience leading partner-focused events, including trade shows, conferences, and virtual summits
- Familiarity with marketing and project management tools such as Monday.com, PRM platforms, or Zipline
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to work cross-functionally and remotely
