You will serve as the primary bridge between clinical operations, executive leadership, and technical teams. - Security & Payment Compliance: Ensure the technical environment maintains PCI-DSS compliance for payment processing and that all financial data at rest and in transit is encrypted according to federal standards.
- Reporting Infrastructure: Collaborate with the Cogito team to ensure the Clarity and Caboodle ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes are optimized for heavy financial reporting and executive dashboards.

- Mentorship & Capacity Building: Serve as the senior technical authority for the application team. Mentor senior analysts, provide technical oversight on complex builds, and lead the charge in establishing internal architectural standards and documentation practices.
- Continuous Innovation: Evaluate emerging Epic functionality, AI/ML enhancements, and industry best practices. Lead the adoption of new features that drive operational excellence and reduce administrative burden for our clinical staff.
