You will ensure the seamless movement of materials and equipment, helping projects stay on schedule and within budget. • Coordinate transportation, freight forwarding, and delivery of materials and equipment to ensure timely and cost-effective project support
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and shipping/receiving activities
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to confirm orders and maintain accurate delivery schedules
• Manage international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
• Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project needs
• Monitor logistics performance, proactively resolving delays or issues and communicating updates to project teams
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2–3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably within construction or similar industries
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, dispatching, warehouse operations, and inventory management
• Familiarity with international shipping procedures and customs documentation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with logistics systems and basic data analysis tools is a plus
