This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a central part in coordinating logistics operations that support large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across the country. You will ensure the seamless movement of materials and equipment, helping projects stay on schedule and within budget. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will interact with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to maintain efficient supply chain operations. The position combines operational execution with problem-solving, requiring strong attention to detail and adaptability. You will also contribute to improving logistics processes and ensuring compliance with domestic and international shipping standards. - Coordinate transportation, freight forwarding, and delivery of materials and equipment to ensure timely and cost-effective project support
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and shipping/receiving activities
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to confirm orders and maintain accurate delivery schedules
- Manage international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project needs
- Monitor logistics performance, proactively resolving delays or issues and communicating updates to project teams
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2–3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably within construction or similar industries
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, dispatching, warehouse operations, and inventory management
- Familiarity with international shipping procedures and customs documentation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with logistics systems and basic data analysis tools is a plus
