• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of automotive sales professionals
  
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  
• Monitor individual and team goals, providing ongoing feedback and training
  
• Work closely with the F&I department to maximize revenue opportunities
  
• Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
  
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
  
• Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent
