The team at Studio Dental – Square One located in Mississauga, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a part-time basis.
The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- Part-time position (Only Saturdays and Sundays)

SCHEDULE:
- 16-20 hours per week
- Saturdays and Sundays
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Experience with Tracker dental practice management software
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance processing
- Communicate treatment estimates and insurance coverage with patients
- Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment
