As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing client value and revenue growth through strategic account leadership:
Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate and plant-level decision-makers to identify and capture business opportunities.
Implement safety policies and lead by example to ensure a safe work environment across client interactions.
Monitor market conditions, competitive landscape, and industry trends to adapt business strategies and maintain a profitable pipeline.
Develop target account plans, align service offerings to customer needs, and ensure execution of integrated solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams on quotes, proposals, project timelines, and risk management to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting to align with corporate objectives and customer expectations.
Deliver high-quality client experiences to achieve strong satisfaction ratings and reinforce the company’s reputation.
Candidates should combine technical expertise with strong strategic account management skills:
10+ years of experience in sales, including roles as both Sales Manager and Sales Representative within industrial or chemical treatment sectors.
Technical expertise in water treatment, chemical treatment for boilers, cooling towers, pre-treatment, and waste treatment.
Knowledge of strategic account selling and integrated solutions for corporate clients.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop proposals and deliver business reviews effectively.
Experience developing and executing sales plans for targeted prospects.
Analytical skills to assess market drivers, perform SWOT analyses, and track key performance indicators.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and regions while managing complex accounts.
