Beach Delivery Specialist at The Vacation Property Group LLC – Elizabeth City, North Carolina

Join the VayKLife team and turn your workdays into beach days! As a Beach Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping families and guests enjoy their vacations by safely delivering and picking up beach gear and equipment. This is an active, hands-on position combining driving, warehouse work, and customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

You’ll work both inside our warehouse—prepping and loading gear—and out on the road, ensuring everything arrives on time and in great condition. We provide training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow with a company that values hard work and reliability.

Shifts: Friday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday
CDL: Not required
Trailer experience: Required (skills will be tested on-site)

• Safely drive delivery routes to drop off and pick up rental equipment
  
  
• Load, unload, and organize gear in the warehouse
  
  
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on rental bikes and equipment (training provided)
  
  
• Follow delivery schedules to ensure customers receive on-time service
  
  
• Communicate clearly with your team and leads throughout the day
  
  
• Keep all vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use
  
  
• Follow all safety and cleanliness standards
  
  
• Be comfortable lifting and moving heavy objects as part of the job
  
  

• At least 1 year of warehouse and driving experience
  
  
• Clean driving record and no criminal background
  
  
• Confident driving while towing a trailer (required)
  
  
• Strong time management and organization skills
  
  
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices
  
  
• A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic
