Position Summary

The Vehicle Detailer / Facility Janitor plays a critical role in delivering a five-star luxury experience by ensuring all vehicles and facilities meet elite presentation standards. This position is responsible for always maintaining a pristine fleet, often under tight turnaround schedules between high-profile bookings, events, and VIP clients.

Success in this role requires speed, precision, consistency, and pride in presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Luxury Vehicle Detailing

• Perform high-end exterior and interior detailing on limousines, black cars, SUVs, and specialty vehicles
• Ensure all vehicles are spotless, streak-free, and presentation-ready for VIP clients
• Clean and condition leather, polish trim, and maintain showroom-quality finishes
• Sanitize high-touch areas between trips to meet luxury and hygiene standards
• Inspect vehicles for imperfections (smudges, odors, damage) and correct immediately
• Stage vehicles for dispatch with attention to lighting, fragrance, temperature, and overall ambiance
• Work efficiently to meet tight turnaround times between reservations and events

Event & VIP Readiness

• Prioritize vehicles based on dispatch schedules and VIP importance
• Support rapid fleet resets during peak demand (weddings, conventions, nightlife, airport runs)
• Ensure consistency across the fleet so every vehicle reflects brand standards
• Assist with special requests (champagne setup, red carpet prep, custom interior touches when applicable)

Facility Cleaning & Presentation

• Maintain a spotless shop, garage, office, and client-facing areas at all times
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to high standards
• Keep floors, walls, windows, and surfaces clean and polished
• Maintain exterior areas including entrances, parking lot, and vehicle staging zones
• Ensure facility reflects a premium, organized, and professional environment

Operations Support

• Monitor and restock detailing supplies and cleaning materials
• Maintain and properly use detailing tools and equipment
• Assist with vehicle movement, staging, and organization of fleet
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages immediately
• Support team during peak periods and special events

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury vehicle detailing, automotive care, or janitorial services preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to perfection
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and brand standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Las Vegas climate conditions
• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for extended periods

Keep Our Luxury Fleet Flawless

• Detail limousines, black cars, and SUVs inside and out

Maintain a Clean, Professional Facility

• Keep shop, offices, restrooms, and common areas spotless
• Maintain exterior areas including parking and staging zones
• Support overall organization and cleanliness of the operation
