Property Manager / Caretaker: Dean Parkway Apartments

Position: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.

Hourly Rate: Starting at $23 per hour

Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for a charming 55-unit apartment community. 2920 Dean Parkway is conveniently located between Lake Bde Maka Ska and Lake of the Isles and on the Midtown Greenway Bike Trail.

Living on-site is not a requirement; however, Highland Management Group, Inc. offers an employee rental discount which increases for candidates that desire to live on site!If you are a self-starter and take pride in your work, this may be the perfect job for you.

What you will do in this role:

• Approve bills, as required. Submit to Regional Property Manager for final payment approvals.
• Keep office in good order and maintain inventory of office supplies within budget constraints.
• Leasing apartments to prospects in search of a new home.
• Maintain professional communications with residents, residents' guests, applicants, and representatives of other companies with whom we do business.
• Process rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.
• Prepare and maintain complete resident files in a neat professional manner.
• Shovel snow, use snow blower, rake leaves, pull weeds, pick up litter as needed, sweep sidewalks and trash enclosures as needed.
• Clean and maintain common areas and available units of the property.
• Turnover cleaning of apartments for new residents.
