About Us:
Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin is a dynamic and customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Ancillary Product Administrator to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for managing the submission, cancellation, and administration of ancillary products (such as service contracts, GAP insurance, and other aftermarket products) while ensuring compliance and efficiency in all processes. This is not a traditional warranty administrator role but instead focuses on managing non-manufacturer products.
Key Responsibilities- Submission Management: Accurately submit ancillary product sales and claims to vendors in a timely manner.
- Cancellation Processing: Handle product cancellations, ensuring refunds and credits are properly documented and processed.
- Vendor Coordination: Maintain strong communication with product providers to resolve submission or claim issues efficiently.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all ancillary product documents are correctly completed, filed, and meet compliance standards.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate regular reports on submissions, claims, and cancellations, providing insights to the management team.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency in product administration.
- Support Sales & Finance Teams: Act as a resource for sales and finance teams regarding customer cancellations and refunds.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership is required.
- Familiarity with ancillary products is required (service contracts, GAP, maintenance programs, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in dealership management software. CDK preferred but not required.
