About This Position
We’re looking for a Senior Operations & Implementation Associate to join the PxT team. You’ll own the end-to-end setup and launch of multiple partner events, manage complex inventory and pricing scenarios, serve as a key operational point of contact for partners, and be a reliable presence on-site when it counts. You’ll bring a track record in ticketing operations and the judgment to work independently — escalating when needed, but not waiting to be told what to do.
Your work will directly shape how we deliver for London partners like Secret Cinema and The Mousetrap, NYC partners like Little Island, and others in our growing portfolio. You’ll also contribute to the SOPs, training materials, and implementation frameworks that define how PxT scales.
Please note: this is a full time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. Some evenings and weekend work, especially around event launches, will be required.
The salary range for this role is $60,000 -$65,000 per year.
What Success Looks Like:- Partner launches are owned end-to-end — on time, accurate, and requiring minimal escalation.
- Partners receive timely, reliable reporting and feel supported through launch and beyond.
- Inventory and pricing decisions are made with confidence, and issues are resolved before partners notice them.
- On-site event support is smooth, professional, and reflects well on PxT as a platform.
- SOPs and documentation are maintained and improved, with patterns surfaced back to leadership to inform process decisions.
- Own the setup and launch of multiple partner events in the TodayTix ticketing platform — accurate pricing, inventory, allocations, and availability across all channels.
- Manage complex inventory and pricing scenarios across concurrent partners, identifying and resolving issues before they reach the partner.
- Serve as a reliable operational point of contact for partners, handling most queries independently and escalating with context when needed.
- Lead on-site support at event launches, including training venue and FOH staff on PxT ticketing workflows.
- Own and improve ticketing SOPs and operational runbooks; surface patterns in friction with structured recommendations, not just observations.
- 3–4 years of experience in ticketing operations, box office management, or live event operations — you understand the ticketing lifecycle end to end.
- Hands-on familiarity with a ticketing platform; experience with Spektrix, AudienceView, Lineup, or similar is valued.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail — you've managed multiple concurrent workstreams and know how to keep things from slipping.
- Confidence working independently and making judgment calls; you escalate with context, not just problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can translate operational detail into clear partner-facing language.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with data and a willingness to get into the numbers.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, particularly around event launches.
- Genuine interest in live entertainment, performing arts, or cultural programming — this work is more fun when you care about what's on stage.
- Experience working within a SaaS or product-led organization, or comfort navigating product development timelines.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
- Experience supporting partner or client onboarding in an operational or implementation capacity.
- Exposure to the US and/or UK live events markets.
