This role offers the opportunity to lead SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, driving measurable improvements in organic visibility, website performance, and content engagement. You will manage the full lifecycle of SEO initiatives, from research and technical audits to content optimization and performance reporting. Working closely with development and operations teams, you will translate data into actionable insights that support business growth and client success. This position is ideal for someone who is both detail-oriented and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. You will play a key role in enhancing online presence and ensuring that client websites meet modern SEO best practices. The environment is fully remote, fast-paced, and rich with opportunities to expand digital marketing expertise.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for content and ranking improvements.

  • Build SEO roadmaps including technical optimizations, content development, and link-building initiatives.

  • Perform technical SEO audits focusing on site structure, crawlability, indexing, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.

  • Optimize website content across landing pages, service pages, blogs, and CMS platforms like WordPress.

  • Manage and maintain Google Business Profiles, local listings, and local SEO strategies.

  • Configure reporting dashboards and monitor KPIs such as rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and site performance.

  • Translate SEO performance data into actionable recommendations for internal teams and client reports.

  • Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of practical experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.

  • Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword research.

  • Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.

  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

  • Ability to build, interpret, and present SEO dashboards and performance reports.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Proven track record of improving organic visibility and website performance.

  • Experience in digital marketing or agency environments is beneficial.
