About This Position

Ambassador

The Spirit of the Position:

The Ambassador serves as the face of LAZ Parking within the airport area, providing exceptional customer service and assistance to passengers. This role focuses on welcoming travelers, offering directions and information, resolving passenger concerns, and ensuring a smooth, pleasant airport experience.

  • Full-time positions - SEASONAL positions! (3-6 months)
  • Pay Active On-demand access to earned wages, get up to 50% of your earned wages immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist passengers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about gates, airport facilities, and services.
  • Guide passengers through terminals, rental car, & rideshare areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  • Promote airport services, retail outlets, lounges, and transportation options.
  • Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and service standards.

Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills and abilities.
  • Friendly & approachable.
  • The ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges (Never Ever Give Up Attitude).
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization and outside customers and clientele.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.

Skills:

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overnight hours
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).

Physical Demands:

  • Standing and walking for long periods of time (95 to 100% of the time)
  • Sweeping and changing signage when needed.
  • No sitting is allowed unless on break and off property.
