Intégré(e) au Laboratoire Contrôle Qualité Pigment, sous la responsabilité du Responsable Laboratoire, vous effectuerez les contrôles qualité lors des étapes de fabrication afin de garantir la bonne conformité des produits finis dans le respect des règles et processus du groupe DIC. Vous garantirez la justesse des résultats d’analyses et de contrôles auprès de vos interlocuteurs. A ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Laboratoire de contrôle qualité
Assurer la réalisation des contrôles qualité en cours de production dans les laques et PVC selon les méthodes en vigueur. Assurer la réalisation des contrôles physico-chimique (PRV, conductivité, teneur en sel, en eau …) selon les méthodes en vigueur. Préparation laques et matières premières utilisées pour la réalisation des analyses Contrôle des matières premières Entretien du laboratoire (Nettoyage sol et meubles) Nettoyage du matériel de laboratoire Evacuations des déchets Préparation des consommables pour les contrôles (billes, laques, acétone, verreries …)
Gestion laboratoires
Veiller aux respects des règles de sécurité. Informer la hiérarchie des difficultés rencontrées Assurer la saisie des résultats des campagnes de production. Informer en cas de défaillance de matériel Emettre des propositions d’amélioration ou d’acquisition de matériel Emettre des propositions d’amélioration du fonctionnement, de sécurité et de l’efficacité du labo (machine et personnes) Effectuer les taches selon les procédures et directives existantes (Normes ISO, sécurité, processus SUN CHEMICAL)
VOTRE PROFIL
De formation BEP ou Baccalauréat, de préférence dans le domaine des Sciences de Laboratoire Vous possédez des connaissances dans les méthodes de contrôle et d’analyse Vous maîtrisez les équipements de contrôle utilisés en laboratoire Des connaissances dans les outils informatiques seront appréciées Des notions d’anglais seraient un plus
