About This Position

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative / Loan & Collections Officer to join our team. In this role, you will help customers apply for loans, take payments, answer questions, and work with customers on past-due accounts.

This position is great for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a team environment.

What You Will Do

• Help customers apply for loans
• Process loan payments and payoffs
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
• Call customers about past-due accounts and set up payment plans
• Keep customer records and documents organized
• Follow company policies and lending guidelines
• Support daily office tasks and keep the store running smoothly
• Encourage repeat business and customer referrals

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone
• Basic computer skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and dependable
