We are looking for a positive, service-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Account Operations Administrator.

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Account Operations Administrator’s primary responsibility will be to provide back-office support to the Investment Services Specialists who work directly with Registered Investment Advisors and Registered Representatives acting as Co-Advisors and/or Solicitors on behalf of Matson Money.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products

• Excellent communication skills

• 2+ years of customer service or financial service
