What You’ll Do

• Manage residential construction and remodeling projects (minor to full gut rehab)
• Schedule and oversee contractors and subcontractors
• Create scopes of work, cost estimates, and project timelines
• Review and select contractor bids
• Track budgets, materials, and job costs
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and HUD standards
• Coordinate inspections, utilities, and project logistics
• Maintain accurate project data in CRM and tracking systems

What You Bring

• 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling project management
• Experience with rehab, renovation, or housing construction
• Knowledge of local building codes and HUD standards
• Strong budgeting, estimating, and cost tracking skills
• Experience managing multiple job sites
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project tracking systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

Physical Requirements
Ability to inspect residential properties and construction sites
Ability to climb stairs and navigate active job sites
