- Schedule and oversee contractors and subcontractors
- Create scopes of work, cost estimates, and project timelines
- Review and select contractor bids
- Track budgets, materials, and job costs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and HUD standards
- Coordinate inspections, utilities, and project logistics
- Maintain accurate project data in CRM and tracking systems
- 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling project management
- Experience with rehab, renovation, or housing construction
- Knowledge of local building codes and HUD standards
- Strong budgeting, estimating, and cost tracking skills
- Experience managing multiple job sites
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and project tracking systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
