We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Ewald's Venus Ford in Cudahy, WI. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and support daily administrative needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Route incoming calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers
• Greet and assist customers as they arrive
• Receive payments and maintain accurate deposit logs
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as requested

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8am-8pm
• Previous auto dealership experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
