This role is focused on driving the strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for products serving professional users. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will act as a strategic thought partner, translating user needs, market research, and competitive insights into clear product positioning and compelling messaging. They will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Research, and Partnerships teams to influence roadmaps, launch new features, and increase adoption of technical and foundational products. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring products deliver measurable impact while supporting user growth and success. - Develop a deep understanding of professional users, their pain points, and motivations, and translate these insights into clear problem framing and differentiated positioning
- Shape product strategy by combining market research, competitive intelligence, behavioral data, and qualitative interviews
- Define and communicate the value proposition of integration and API products, driving comprehension and adoption among users and partners
- Build go-to-market strategies for foundational product features to drive adoption, coordinating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Launch products and features, ensuring consistent messaging, education, and alignment across cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with partnerships marketing and other teams to ensure ongoing product narratives and user education post-launch
- Drive measurable outcomes by tracking adoption, engagement, and user success metrics, iterating strategies based on results
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally across both B2B and B2C products
- Proven experience marketing complex, technical products, including APIs and integrations, translating technical functionality into clear value propositions
- Strong strategic thinking and product shaping skills, with expertise in problem definition, market research, and competitive analysis
- End-to-end go-to-market experience, including messaging, launch strategy, and performance measurement
- Ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, build alignment, and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing at both executive and tactical levels
- Experience with marketplace, platform, or user-focused digital products is highly desirable
