CMA starting pay $16.87.
LPN starting pay $ 22.18.
PCC Essential Job Duties:
- Development, implementation and facilitation of patient outreach for quality improvement programs.
- Review, auditing and reconciliation of quality data reports and related clinical documentation.
- Contacting patients to schedule appointments, testing.
- Contacting patients to follow-up on the status and assisting in re-scheduling of missed appointments.
- Complete responsibilities based upon established protocols and work with multiple providers.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Be a positive representative in the promotion of our Quality Program for the Clinic.
- Performing Medicare annual wellness visits on patients.
- Complying with CMS guidelines for AWV's.
- Helping patients stay up to date on preventative services.
- Data migration for preventative services.
- Must be able to multitask
- Must stay abreast of organization//billing protocols in relation to annual wellness visits.
- Scheduling and performing Medicare annual wellness visits for assigned providers.
- Assisting and scheduling patients to maintain up-to-date preventative services.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to manage care of chronic medical conditions.
Education, Training & Experience
Certified Medical Assistant Details
Qualifications for CMA Applicants:
- Graduate from an accredited program for Certified Medical Assistants, Registered. Medical Assistants or Certified Clinical Medical Assistants program.
- Must have active CMA, RMA or CCMA certificate.
- BLS certification.
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
LPN Details
Qualifications for LPN Applicants:
- Graduate from a one-year Practical Nursing Program.
- Currently registered with the Indiana/Illinois State Board of Nurses Registration and Nursing Education as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- BLS certification.
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of medications recommended by nationally recognized quality measures is needed.
