About Synergetics Worldwide
Synergetics Worldwide is a boutique management consulting firm specializing in operational transformation, technology enablement, and change management for food manufacturing and consumer goods companies. We partner with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to deliver measurable, sustainable value, helping organizations modernize their operations, strengthen their supply chains, and build the internal capabilities needed to compete and grow.
With a team of 60+ consultants distributed across the country, Synergetics combines the expertise and rigor of a large firm with the agility and client-centricity of a boutique. We work embedded with our clients, on the floor, in the data, and at the leadership table driving transformations that stick.
Our Culture
At Synergetics, our culture is defined by our HARTT values: Honesty, Authenticity, Respect, Trust, and Teamwork. These aren't words on a wall, they shape how we show up for our clients and for each other every day.
We are practitioners, not theorists. Our consultants are hands-on problem solvers who take pride in implementation, not just recommendation. We move fast, hold ourselves accountable to outcomes, and genuinely invest in one another's growth. If you thrive in environments where your work has direct, visible impact and where your colleagues challenge and support you in equal measure, Synergetics is the right home for you.
