Essential Functions
What You’ll Do
Marketing Automation & Campaign Strategy
- Design, build, test, and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, email marketing, and customer journeys
- Partner with internal teams to refine segmentation, lead scoring, and personalization strategies
- Track performance and continuously improve campaigns based on data and insights
Social Media & AI-Driven Content Creation
- Plan, create, and publish content across key platforms using HubSpot
- Leverage AI tools to produce engaging video, image, and written content—and help evolve our tech stack
- Use HubSpot’s AI (Breeze) and other tools to accelerate content development
- Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize engagement strategies
Website & CMS Management (HubSpot)
- Build and manage web pages, landing pages, and blogs within HubSpot CMS
- Customize templates and enhance content with compelling visuals and media
- Monitor site performance and implement SEO best practices
- Conduct A/B and adaptive testing to improve user experience and conversions
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects
- Support tradeshow marketing (graphics, booth assets, and coordination)
- Partner with Product Managers to develop product-focused content (launches, case studies, campaigns)
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Tools & Tech You’ll Work With
- HubSpot Marketing Hub & CMS (core platform)
- Google Analytics, Hotjar (web insights)
- Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads (paid campaigns & attribution)
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace
- Salesforce and other integrated tools
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, and creative AI platforms
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CMS
- Proven experience building and optimizing marketing automation workflows
- Strong experience with social media platforms and digital advertising (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Ability to manage web pages, landing pages, and campaigns within HubSpot
- HubSpot certifications (required) and proficiency with HubSpot AI tools
- Experience with design tools (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva) and Google Workspace
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance content creation and productivity
