Site Supervisor - Unarmed Security at North State Security Group LLC – Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a client site in Charlotte, NC. This role requires strong leadership, situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to security management.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (with additional coverage as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support on-site security personnel and daily operations
• Monitor client property and activities to ensure safety and security
• Maintain a vigilant, attentive, and responsive presence at all times
• Conduct regular patrol tours and inspections of the premises
• Observe, document, and report incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner
• De-escalate conflicts and assist in resolving disputes when necessary
• Ensure all site procedures and post orders are followed
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management
• Complete accurate reports and logs in a timely manner

Additional Expectations:
• Willingness to cover shifts outside of normal hours when needed due to staffing shortages
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
• Maintain a professional appearance and authoritative presence at all times

Qualifications:
• Prior security experience required; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to pass all background checks and company hiring requirements
