We are seeking a detailoriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our multi-line MGA operations. This role focuses on policy servicing and client support. The ideal candidate is organized, customerfocused, and comfortable working across multiple insurance lines in a fastpaced environment.

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
