  • Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and system building
  • Advanced knowledge of Webflow CMS, responsive design, and animations
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles including typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience building scalable design systems and reusable components
  • Ability to create digital marketing assets across multiple channels
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CRO principles, or A/B testing is a plus
  • Experience working with performance-focused marketing or service-based industries is an advantage

Benefits:

  • Competitive monthly compensation ranging from $700 to $2,000 USD depending on experience
  • Fully remote work with flexible scheduling and U.S. time zone overlap
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, conversion-focused digital projects
  • Exposure to modern design workflows, agile processes, and sprint-based execution
