Resumen del rol:

Responsable de gestionar, analizar y dar seguimiento a incidencias relacionadas con el flujo de pagos,
asegurando la continuidad operativa y una resolución eficiente. Actúa como punto de coordinación
entre equipos técnicos, producto y operaciones, garantizando visibilidad, priorización adecuada y
mejora continua de los procesos.

Responsabilidades principales:

1 Monitorear y gestionar incidencias relacionadas con pagos (PSPs, APMs, conciliaciones,
rechazos, etc.).
2 Liderar el proceso de triage, asegurando correcta categorización, severidad y asignación.
3 Dar seguimiento end-to-end a tickets hasta su resolución.
4 Coordinar con equipos internos (tech, producto, soporte) para análisis y solución.
5 Identificar patrones o tendencias en incidencias y proponer mejoras.
6 Documentar hallazgos, flujos y soluciones recurrentes.
7 Asegurar comunicación clara y oportuna con stakeholders.
8 Apoyar en la priorización de issues según impacto operativo.
9 Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua de procesos de incidencias.


Requisitos:
1 Experiencia en operaciones, soporte o gestión de incidencias (idealmente en payments o fintech).
2 Entendimiento básico de flujos de pago (autorizaciones, capturas, rechazos).
3 Capacidad analítica para identificar causas raíz.
4 Experiencia con herramientas como Jira, Slack o similares.
5 Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades.

1 Conocimiento básico de APIs, logs o debugging.
