This role is dedicated to shaping and elevating the visual identity of a premium luxury active swimwear brand through high-end editorial storytelling. You will transform raw photo and video materials into refined, sophisticated assets that reflect a “quiet luxury” aesthetic comparable to leading fashion houses. Working remotely on a part-time basis, you will act as the guardian of visual excellence across all digital channels, ensuring consistency, elegance, and emotional impact in every piece of content. The role blends creative precision with brand strategy, requiring a deep understanding of fashion storytelling, composition, and digital performance. You will collaborate closely with brand and marketing stakeholders to ensure visuals not only look premium but also drive engagement and conversion. This is an opportunity to define and refine the visual language of a luxury lifestyle brand at scale.

You will be responsible for owning the full lifecycle of visual content production, ensuring every asset meets luxury standards while supporting brand and performance objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end editing of visual content, including cinematic short-form video, social media assets, and high-end photo retouching.
• Transform raw footage and imagery into polished, luxury-grade content through advanced editing, color grading, and retouching techniques.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across social media, e-commerce, advertising, and digital marketing channels.
• Collaborate with brand and strategy teams to balance luxury aesthetics with performance-driven marketing goals.
• Apply strong storytelling principles to create visually compelling narratives centered on movement, elegance, and lifestyle positioning.
• Act as the final quality gatekeeper for all visual outputs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and premium positioning.
• Continuously refine editing approaches to improve engagement, consistency, and overall visual impact.

You are a highly skilled visual editor with strong experience in luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle content, capable of elevating raw assets into refined editorial visuals.

• 5+ years of experience in high-end video and photo editing within fashion, luxury, or premium lifestyle industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating “quiet luxury” aesthetics, refined composition, and attention to visual detail.
• Deep understanding of fashion storytelling and social media content dynamics.
• Ability to balance creative excellence with performance and conversion objectives.
• Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to proactively guide visual direction.
• Excellent attention to detail, color sensibility, and editorial judgment.
• Nice-to-haves: experience with high-end fashion brands, background in art or creative direction, and personal affinity with ocean, water sports, or marine lifestyle themes.
