Brentwood - RN or LPN Needed for Young Adult Home Care at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Brentwood, New York

Patient Details: Patient is a 29-year-old female with complex medical needs, including a G-tube, tracheostomy, and supplemental oxygen. She is developmentally delayed, non-verbal, and non-ambulatory, requiring full assistance with daily care. She lives at home with her supportive parents in a well-equipped setting that includes a Hoyer lift. She spends much of her day in a specialized chair.

Shifts Avail:
OVERNIGHTS: Saturday 3PM – 7AM

Payrates: $33 - $43/hour

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
o Tracheostomy Experience Needed
