A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.

Drafting Complaints and Initial DiscoveryPERSONAL INJURY experienceForwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of processDrafting Discovery ResponsesCalendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of AbsenceDrafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion ResponsesCalendaring litigation timelinesConducting status update calls with clientsClient update callsSending out and following up on non-party discovery requestsAssist in trial preparation.
