• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural steel, piping, and fabricated components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.

• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components per project specifications.

• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with project standards.

• Assist with fitting, cutting, grinding, and finishing metal materials as needed.

• Work closely with supervisors, foremen, and other trades to meet project timelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

• Minimum 5+ years of welding experience in commercial or industrial construction preferred.

• Valid welding certification required (AWS or equivalent preferred).

• Experience with structural steel, piping, or industrial fabrication strongly preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

• Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
