About This Position
Shift Supervisor – Subway
$13-14.50/ hour based on experience plus tips!
Join our team at Subway! We’re looking for a dependable Shift Supervisor to help lead our restaurant. This role includes all the duties of a Sandwich Artist plus extra responsibility for keeping shifts running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Prepare sandwiches and deliver great guest service.
Lead shifts by making sure tasks are completed and standards are met.
Step in for last-minute coverage when needed.
Handle daily paperwork and basic cash/inventory tasks.
Support and motivate team members.
What We’re Looking For
Previous restaurant/retail experience preferred (Subway experience a plus!).
Strong leadership, communication, and reliability.
Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
