About the Role

We are building a pipeline of experienced PowerApps Developers to support upcoming federal projects focused on modernizing business processes and improving data accessibility. This role involves designing, developing and maintaining low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to support mission-critical operations.

Candidates should be comfortable working in secure government environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI when required
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 and external data sources
• Create and maintain custom connectors and APIs
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Optimize performance, usability and security of applications
• Support deployment, testing and troubleshooting activities
• Document solutions, processes and technical designs
• Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong experience with PowerApps and Power Automate
• Experience integrating SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services
• Understanding of data structures, relational databases and data modeling
• Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dataverse and Common Data Service
• Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization best practices
• Experience with Azure services and API integrations
• Familiarity with Agile development environments
• Experience supporting federal customers
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
