Are you passionate about helping patients and making a difference in their healthcare journey? Georgia Urology is hosting a Hiring Event for Patient Support Center Representatives (PSC Reps) to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring they feel supported, respected, and cared for from the moment they call. If you thrive in a call center environment, enjoy multitasking, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you!

• Work in a true call center environment with a business casual/scrub-friendly dress code.
  
• Handle 75–110 inbound calls daily, averaging 7–10 minutes per call.
  
• Provide top-notch customer care while scheduling patient appointments and procedures.
  
• Use multiple platforms simultaneously: NextGen EHR, DASH, Five9, Microsoft Teams, email, etc.
  
• Calls are quality-monitored to ensure excellent service.
  
• Enjoy a consistent schedule: Mon–Thurs 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
  
• Receive a 6-week training program with ongoing team support.
  
• Take advantage of lunch breaks, two 15-minute breaks daily, and parking validation.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• Previous healthcare scheduling or call center experience preferred.
  
• Strong customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  
• Knowledge of health insurance plans and HIPAA compliance a plus.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  
• Reliable attendance and professional teamwork are essential.
