Accountabilities:

  • Drive day-to-day practice operations, optimizing workflows, performance metrics, and service delivery across clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic operational plans to support growth, financial performance, and patient experience improvements.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, including practice managers, coordinators, and care delivery staff across multiple states.
  • Establish and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance analytics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and internal operational policies across all care delivery functions.
  • Coordinate closely with provider networks, including employed, contractor, and vendor-based clinicians, to ensure consistent care quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, and Analytics to support strategic initiatives.
  • Address patient feedback and service issues to enhance satisfaction and improve overall care delivery outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, business, or related field.

  • 7+ years of operational leadership experience in multi-specialty clinical, ambulatory, or healthcare delivery environments.
  • Strong expertise in healthcare operations, including virtual care delivery, telehealth systems, and digital health technologies.
  • Experience with value-based care models, integrated care systems, and population health management strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams in a high-volume healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations, compliance frameworks, and clinical quality standards.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational scaling, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into action.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated leader with strong execution discipline and ability to perform under pressure.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range between $170,000 and $180,000 annually.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus compensation.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible vacation policy for rest and personal time, subject to manager approval.
  • 80 hours of paid sick, safe, and caregiver leave annually (full-time employees).
  • Inclusive benefits program designed to support employees and their families.
  • Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility across the United States.
  • Opportunities for career growth in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven healthcare organization.
