Account Management Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Service to current clients within a defined geography.
  • Provide technical product and procedure expertise to clients.
  • Build strong professional relationships, establish credibility and rapport with clients.
  • Establish and maintain excellent communications and relationships with co-workers and assigned physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related matters.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills needed for pharmaceutical sales.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven strategic thinker.
  • Advanced Skill in organization and follow-up
  • Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product relation information.
  • Highly motivated for success with a “can do” attitude.
  • Completion of compliance training (we provide)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, to maintain a high level of client care.
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment, discretion, and compliance to industry ethical guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

Must have a strong clinical or medical background

Phlebotomy certification and/or phlebotomy experience is required

Ability to perform or assist with specimen collection procedures as needed in a clinical setting

Travel 90% of the time

Must have reliable transportation
