This role is a senior, high-impact commercial position focused on driving strategic growth within federal government institutions and social security organizations across Germany. You will act as a trusted advisor to public sector executives, helping them leverage advanced AI-powered solutions to modernize communication, improve efficiency, and support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The role involves navigating complex procurement environments, building long-term relationships at C-level and institutional leadership level, and shaping market entry and expansion strategies for highly regulated sectors. You will play a key role in positioning innovative technology as a strategic enabler for public administration and nationwide organizations. This is a highly consultative sales role requiring strong stakeholder management, deep market understanding, and the ability to translate complex product value into public sector priorities. You will operate in a fast-evolving, mission-driven environment with significant visibility and strategic influence.
- Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy for the German federal and social security public sector.
- Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts across ministries, federal agencies, and social insurance institutions.
- Expand existing usage into organization-wide deployments and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Identify, define, and prioritize public sector-specific use cases that demonstrate measurable value.
- Collaborate with clients to design scalable deployment models and adoption frameworks.
- Engage senior stakeholders across policy, IT, procurement, security, and executive leadership levels.
- Navigate complex public procurement, tendering, and contractual processes.
- Build and maintain strong reference accounts with national visibility and impact.
- Develop and orchestrate partner ecosystems including system integrators, consultants, and public IT providers.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Legal, Security, Leadership) to ensure successful deal execution and adoption.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of German federal administration and/or social security systems.
- Established network within public sector institutions in Germany.
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales or complex solution selling.
- Ability to articulate technical and AI-driven value propositions in a clear, business-relevant way.
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles in regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication capabilities.
- Ability to operate in highly structured, compliance-driven procurement environments.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and scale market-specific opportunities.
- Experience working with partners and ecosystems in enterprise or public sector contexts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
