Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, you will design performance frameworks, oversee business review processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of operational strategies that support long-term organizational goals while ensuring strong alignment across teams and functions. You will be responsible for building performance frameworks, enabling data-driven decision-making, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the design and execution of operational strategies aligned with enterprise goals and executive priorities
- Develop and manage the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including performance reporting and executive presentations
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to support real-time performance visibility
- Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes and operational improvements
- Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and prioritization for strategic initiatives
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Support training and development efforts to strengthen operational capabilities across teams
This role requires strong experience in operational strategy, performance management, and cross-functional leadership within complex organizations, ideally in healthcare or similarly regulated environments. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong executive communication and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Extensive experience in operational performance, strategy execution, or transformation leadership roles
- Proven background in change management and organizational improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience with performance management frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting tools, and performance tracking systems
- Strong leadership mindset with a focus on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement
