This role sits at the center of people strategy and business performance, supporting high-impact Go-To-Market teams across the US and EMEA. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders, helping shape organizational health, performance, engagement, and leadership effectiveness. The position combines strategic influence with hands-on execution across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable people programs and drive consistent employee experiences. In a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will help leaders navigate change, strengthen culture, and build high-performing teams. This is a highly collaborative role where data, coaching, and innovation come together to shape how people work and grow.
- Serve as a strategic People Partner to Go-To-Market leaders, advising on organizational design, performance management, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Coach managers and executives on leadership effectiveness, feedback practices, and performance frameworks to drive accountability and development.
- Lead and support core people programs such as engagement action planning, succession planning, internal mobility, and change management initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day HR partnership including employee relations, policy guidance, performance support, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits teams to deliver consistent and scalable global HR solutions.
- Analyze people data and workforce trends to generate insights and recommend actions that improve engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.
- Drive improvements across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company values, culture, and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- 5–8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within SaaS or technology organizations.
- Strong experience supporting Go-To-Market functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success, with exposure to strategic talent initiatives.
- Proven ability to coach senior leaders, influence decision-making, and manage complex organizational and employee relations challenges.
- Strong understanding of US employment law; familiarity with UK or EMEA employment frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels.
- Experience working with modern HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, performance management platforms, or recruiting systems).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate workforce analytics into actionable people strategies.
- AI fluency and curiosity to improve HR processes, workflows, and decision-making through technology.
- Competitive salary range of $120,800 – $156,300 depending on experience and location
