  • POSITION SUMMARY

    • Performs cardiac rehabilitation, secondary prevention and patient/family/staff education. Demonstrates teamwork by communicating effectively and works cooperatively with others to optimize job performance, continuously improve care, enhance outcomes and foster productive working relationships.

  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • High School Diploma

    • Minimum Experience
      • N/A

    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • BLS within 30 days of hire
      • Basic EKG class within 30 days of hire

    • Preferred Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field

    • Preferred Experience
      • One year experience

    • Preferred Registration/License/Certification
      • ACSM Certification

    • Other Requirements
      • N/A
