Registered Nurse (RN) PRN – *Safety Sensitive Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and institutional policies, especially given the safety-sensitive nature of the role

- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

- Uphold patient confidentiality and promote a safe, respectful environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Current and valid RN license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Strong understanding of safety-sensitive procedures and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, including varied shifts

- BLS and ACLS certification preferred
