Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the daily movement, control, and handling of SynCardia products and materials. In this role, you will help maintain efficient warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, storage, sanitation, and shop order support while ensuring compliance with Quality requirements. This position plays an important role in maintaining shipment accuracy, inventory integrity, and an audit-ready warehouse environment.

What You Will Do

Warehouse Operations

  • Perform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, storage, distribution, product sanitation, and shop orders.
  • Maintain an audit-ready warehouse environment.
  • Assist in the distribution of work orders and sales orders as needed.

Shipping, Receiving, and Returns

  • Ship SynCardia product and materials in compliance with Quality requirements.
  • Issue and close return material authorizations (RMAs) for the return of SynCardia product and/or materials.
  • Receive deliveries and verify the accuracy of invoices, identification, and inventory of property, supplies, and materials in compliance with Quality requirements.
  • Check incoming material quantities against invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, contract order release forms, and related documentation.
  • Help ensure the accuracy of outbound shipments and returned SynCardia products and materials.

Inventory and Material Control

  • Receive, unpack, store, and issue general or specialized goods and supplies in compliance with Quality requirements.
  • Assign inventory or stock numbers and storage locations to new stock as needed.
  • Input and retrieve inventory information using computer workstations and verify computer-generated records.
  • Assist with inventory counts to ensure accurate quantity and location of inventory.
  • Conduct daily inventory counts of finished goods.

Sanitation, Labeling, and Shop Order Support

  • Perform sanitation of Drivers, Accessories, and other applicable items in compliance with Quality requirements.
  • Support reconditioning of shipping containers for applicable equipment.
  • Create, kit, distribute parts for, and close shop orders.
  • Print product labeling and instructions for use in compliance with Quality requirements.

Security and Quality Support

  • Help ensure the security of supplies, equipment, and materials by taking precautions to protect warehouse contents against loss or damage.
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities related to product, process, and the Quality System.
  • Identify and record potential problems related to product, process, and the Quality System.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
  • Verify the implementation of solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of a wide variety of supplies, tools, equipment, and related terminology.
  • Knowledge of modern storekeeping methods and practices.
  • Computer application skills.
  • Experience with material transaction systems, as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Work Environment
  • Warehouse-based work area.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: up to $21/hour
