Liveo Research is seeking a Cost Accountant to support our manufacturing accounting operations at our Delaware City facility.

This is an entry-level, on-site role designed for a recent graduate who wants to develop strong cost accounting skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like a business analyst—analytical, logical, and curious—who can turn data into insights that drive better business decisions.

No prior manufacturing experience required—we will train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Analyze production costs and prepare variance reports (actual vs. standard)Support monthly close, including inventory and cost-related entriesPartner with Operations to understand cost drivers and efficienciesPrepare reports on product costing, pricing, and profitabilityIdentify cost-saving opportunities and support process improvementsAssist with maintaining cost accounting systems and documentationWhat We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field0–2 years of experience (internships/co-ops a plus)Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectivelyERP experience (SAP preferred) is a plusRequirements
