Dex Handyman Services is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Handyman to support our Field Operations team in delivering high-quality repairs, renovations, and maintenance. This full-time, entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with 14 years of hands-on experience who is eager to learn and grow under the guidance of senior professionals. Serving Henderson and the greater Las Vegas area, we specialize in a wide range of residential and commercial servicesfrom painting and flooring to plumbing, electrical, and remodeling. • Support remodeling projects including drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs.

• Assist in carpentry, tile installation, trim work, and light exterior maintenance.

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical maintenance under supervision.

• Work closely with Senior Handymen on various tasks and job sites.

• Maintain tools and jobsite cleanliness to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• 14 years of hands-on experience in construction, handyman services, or property maintenance.

• Skilled with hand and power tools; strong mechanical aptitude preferred.

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.

• Positive, professional communication skills are a must.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

• Reliable transportation required. No certifications or licenses required.
